If it is just rash and doesn't need straightening then it can be repainted. The tire needs to be dismounted, the area is sanded and filled if necessary, repainted and re-cleared. There are some places that can make small repairs without dismounting the tire, but it is rash near the tire they probably can't do this.

I did the same thing to my G35 last year when I brushed a large granite curb, was hating myself for a while.
