I'm just being a realist, Klose is solid, great in the air, but lacks the speed needed I think. I think Podolski will have a good WC. Gomez has strokes of brilliance, but in very short stretches, he lacks consistency. I dunno, i just think the German attacking options are slim.
Italy was absolutely pathetic in the last few friendlies they've played, and played like crap in the qualifying stage, definitely not the team they were in 06'. I think Spain is going to make a good run for the title, their bench is so deep its ridiculous. England is due, but they always seem to choke on the world stage, god knows they have the talent to win it all, I'd actually be stoked if they did, but I just think tradition will haunt them here.
