Future sports cars are likely to be hybrids (see the Porsche 918 for example). The performance may be same/better, but the days of a rip-rorting gasoline engine making only 21mpg EPA are numbered.

That's probably on it's way. But if we could have a car half the spec of this porsche would be nice for the future. Just have to get someone to learn to modify these cars. I really like everything about it. It's definitly the future. I've included a link for those who've haven't read up on this.
