Josh at Stillen was very helpful and offered to send a replacement y pipe with the studs, but I'm not sure I wan't to bother uninstalling and possibly needing new gaskets. Anyone else running their stillen catback without the dampeners? I know that none of the other catbacks come with provisions for them, so they can't be too important.
you dont need the dampers, however you will definitely notice the vibration noise the more you drive, particularly at startup.
