In terms of use v. the iPhone, that is a bit of a wash really. Both interact in the same way, after spending two years with an iPhone and still supporting them I can tell you migrating through either OS is the same. Your only differences is where items may be located under a menu option which is how it will be with any OS (mobile, desktop, server, etc.).

The OS will be nothing special for me... I just like the look/feel of the physical part of the iPhone. (Touchscreen, no sliding, no qwerty pad) And the droid didn't give me that. So that's where I'm going with switching to the nexus one. Plus that lil ball that will change colors is shiny...
