The black box data was looked at by the cops. The data showed she was accelerating, no doubt she thought she had her foot on the brakes.
The guy in Cali was also proven to be full of BS. Black box data proved he was using both the accelerator and the brakes. Dude is nothing more than an adult Balloon Boy. Feds reviewed black box data. And apparently the cop did not get in front of him as originally stated, er, hyped.
The whole thing is media hyped nonsense. Just like Audi 5000's back in the 80's. I bought a nice chunk of Toyota stock at 71 at the height of the media frenzy. I'm happy.
