In regards to B, I originally thought that was the case but I guess it's up to the dealership to take a chance or maybe depends how their insurance is set up.

After I picked up my car, it was late saturday and they let me take the car home for the weekend and come back on Monday to do the paperwork. It still had untitled vehicle dealer plates. I wonder what they would do if something happened to the car and I refused to buy it. I never actually signed anything and I don't remember them even taking my driver's license lol
