Nissan has been very good lately about warranty a friend on NAGTROC just received a new transmission and his car was modded and he had tracked it..
porsche now keeps track of how many times and for how long the car was redlined and uses it to determine abuse in warranty claims
many cars have similar warranty exemptions the GTRs were just made very public and they got some bad
PR due to some missteps at the initial launch of the car in 08
