If this is true C&D has some serious questions to answer:
1. Why would they or their driver get behind the wheel WITHOUT checking the pads first???
2. Why didn't they check them right after the crash?
You would think they would have pulled off the fracking wheels and checked the pads immediately after the crash and, if they found worn pads, they should have STFU...?
