Watch out for Cincinnati traffic cops. They have this routine they call "neutering". When they see a "new" sport car routinely drving a particular route they will look for ways to stop the driver twice within a 2 to 3 week period and ticket them for either speed, improper license plate placement, premature crossing the entrance ramp line, window tint, failure to use turn signal and etc.

The philosophy is to immediately get two driving tickets onto the record of the driver which will act to prevent the driver from wanting to risk driving over the speed limit for fear of being stopped and ticketed again that potentially adds more points on his record as well as increasing the driver's insurance premium. Its a very effective way to quickly "train" the owners/drivers of sport cars.
