The flashing SES light usually indicates a cylinder misfire but that seems very unlikely in this situation. It doesn't even make any sense.

Yeah both 02 sensors are good. I was very careful when handling them.
The only other thing I did was remove the driver side airbox completely, I'll double check that side to see if everything is intact. Thanks for the suggestions Cyberium
