You don't want a full floating 2-piece rotor anyway, just a maintainence headache with no benefit unless you spend 90% of your time at the track. Go with a fixed 2-piece like you found below. You won't save quite as much weight on the rears as the front as most use an iron hat in the rear to support the e-brake function.

We actually make our 2 piece rotors with and without the full floating option. Fixed rotor attachment points and full floating are both available. Although there is no real maintenance differences between the two and full floating rotors benefits both track and street driven cars.
