It was always going spongy after a few hard runs and sometimes the hydraulics would fail completely. I eventually replaced the CSC and master clutch cylinder on the roadster myself and noticed a few things in the process. A lot of what I noticed is mentioned in that very article. Basically my CSC failure was due to alignment on the pressure plate, being a little off and causing CSC seal damage twice. I didn't want the same problems with the 370Z.

I presently have a clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, solid stainless clutch line, and modified CSC from them. I will be doing a descriptive pictorial after my index finger heals (bad sprain and have no strength in my hand) So far the CSC with the additional bearing sleeve looks better and should fit and operate better with a aftermarket clutch. I'll be comparing the Southbend CSC and stock CSC footprint on a stock, JWT and Southbend pressure plate to see how it looks.

So be patient and let my body heal. (who knew fingers can bend that way and that far?)

I will have some more info on this later and how a CSC actually works with pictures. It has been an educational, yet frightening, experience
Amazing post and thats what I wanted to hear. I spoke to CustomZ over the phone too and he told me more or less the same thing. So I guess its a waiting game right now.. please keep us updated, my supercharger upgrade hinges on this.
