I would personally recommend you email Nissan the suggestion of creating a new Corporate class for them which would enable them to read posts directed at nissan corporate. If this is not possible or is too hard maybe you can put a corporate section in the forum so people with problems can address it directly to Nissan and hopefully action will come more promptly.
I heard on Autoblog the other day that GM has created a new section that specifically searches the internet for forums and addresses problems (either through responses or a phone call or email) ppl have with their GM cars. I think this is a GREAT idea and would greatly boost customer satisfaction to know that GM (nissan) is actively seeking to solve the problems with their cars.
