Well, I talked to them and they are insisting it is not warped but can not decide on what to do about it. One person there wants me to find a metal gasket and the other wants to use another type of sealant. Honestly I am tired of talking to them about it and am highly considering trailoring the car over 2000 miles to you so you can do it right. Anyways, the main reason I am contacting you is because I am wondering what are the damages of leaving the problem until May when I could possibly take it to you. Or should I just take it somewhere else? The exhaust isn't leaking into the car so thats not an issue.
They do not know that the flanges are warped unless they actually take it off and check it. Since they apparently cannot get the silicone right, call up Bryan at Berk Technology and buy two gaskets. Either way, the pipes are going to have to come off to either put new silicone on (correctly) or install the gasket. Just make sure that you scrape all of the silicone off if you use the gasket. Call me if you need to...

Thanks, Tony
