Just rotate the hub to slip each bolt in through the same spot where you've bent the metal frame. There is a link showing this somewhere in the spacer threads. Can't remember which one it was though.
Maybe this link is the one you are referring to: Eibach Springs & Spacers - Review+Pics

Already saw the 15mm spacers on the rear, perfect offset, makes the wheels look real flush with the body, probably going to order mine sometime this week. Saw another car with only 10mm spacers, just wasn't enough. I was wondering how hard it was to get the old studs out and put the new ones in, and how far did the nuts go on to the studs (roughly how many threads), just curious? That's the only reason I haven't ordered them yet. Any input would be appreciated.
Once again, car looks great, can't wait for my to look like that.

When the wheel is mounted up it is about the same number of turns on the threads with the longer studs as when it was stock.
May want to contact RCZ, I think he has the same setup. Also Minicobra1 or Lou @ Amplified may have some info.

My spacers are not scheduled for install until late April, so I cannot help with any first hand experience...sry.

Here are install pics of Modshack's 15mm spacers Fr & Rr.
