I'm not sure I agree with that, as there are flaws and defects a reasonable buyer might understandably not see on during the delivery inspection. If they are reported within a reasonable time after delivery and are of the type that could reasonably been undetected at delivery, I'm confident the manufacturer would be held responsible for the remedy.
