The differences between the 700 and the 900/90 are that the 900/90 plays DVDs and the 900/90 also has the MSN Direct tuner which gives you access to gas prices, movie times, weather, and traffic information.
as for the previous question about operating the avics while the car is moving...
that is true that certain operations are blocked out unless the parking break is set (ie the car is not moving). some of these features include entering a destination by address, watching video from DVD or iPod, and changing the main settings of the nav system. there is a way to bypass this but it is not as simple as grounding the parking break wire. check out

I work for a mobile electronics company and our technician said he was unable to hook up the PAC SWI-PS to the 370z because the wiring information from PAC was inaccurate. says the wire colors were different or something along those lines. can you confirm or deny this and if you confirm it, what was the solution?
