I guess it comes down to preference. Amuse tried to combine styling with functionality and it turned out pretty good imo. What's easily forgotten is that aero kits like this are created with functionality 1st and styling 2nd. The venting and contours are there for cooling and downforce. Especially with a rear wheel driven car like this with such a light back end, downforce is important to keep the rear stable. I'm sure this is why they designed the wing to sit at that height.

It's great that Amuse can combine both function and style together so well into a complete package.
