It won't rev past 4500 rpm in neutral. I found out when I was making sound clips for my exhaust, so I just put it into 1st gear to get past it (and made sure my foot didn't slip off the clutch pedal!). But unless you're doing it for some special reason (like making a sound clip of an exhaust), why would you want to rev it real high in neutral? Just curious.
