Yup...its still in effect...I got my 2010 Sport Edition 370Z for $32,000.00...was really amazed on how expensive this car goes for in other parts of the world... Nismo 370Z's go for about $38,000.00 out here...that includes regisration, a full tank of gas, and fees. You can get a base model for around $28,000.00

Were you stationed here in the 90's? A lot of military bases closed down around the 90's...but there seems to be a build up going on, as several Marines (Approximately 8,000) not including their dependants will be relocating to Guam from Okinawa within the next four years.
