Oh and to be honest, I've had no complaints from packages that I've received from UPS. And I order a lot from Amazon.

Ordering from Amazon and delivering 86-lb packages ful of metal pipe are two
very distinct things. My wife's business receives large furniture shipments via UPS, Fedex every single day. It is
astonishing how much product comes in damaged in-transit once the domestic carriers get their hands on it. Deliberate at Berk? No.
