If the +15 is on the front then you might. Though.....+15 is not offered on the 18's. Only +12 and +22 in the lower ranges of the 9.5 diameters. Unless it was an older set with offsets that were offered during that time....just looked it up and currently I don't see those offsets offered.
The rears will have no problem with 285's at least.
For comparison....I am running +22 with +5mm spacers front on 245/40 19 and +12 with +5mm spacer rear on 285/35 19. Effectively that makes it +17 front and +7 rear. I do have some scrapping and rubbing issues on hard bumps and turning with a bump in the middle of the turn.
You didn't mention the height aspect ratios that you were going to use....but assuming that it is the same overall diameter as stock....then that is why I said you might have some rubbing with the +15 front. The +22 would have no problems.
I am running 19's with the stock tires (245/40 19, 285/35 19) on TE37's on Tanabe GF210's with a Nismo 370Z for reference.
