So i was right. The wiring on the 2010 370z is different to that of the 2009. I purchased the FSM on ebay. I uploaded the AV file to my site as you can see it looks like it's pin 65 for the brake and 82 for VSS.

hopefully this should help out anyone else who was looking for the bose navigation wiring as well.
