I didn't get a ticket, but thats not the point. The point is yes...at least in this state, a visual estimation is as good as any other.

but even if you get a ticket, you can still get the pig to court and if your paralegal is halfway competent he should easily cast doubt on the estimated speed and the cop's "superman eyes" thing. i'd imagine unless he acutally used instrumentation to measure your real speed, this "i thought he was going too fast because I can sense it and i have very good vision" thing won't convince a judge.
