I think the most recent android phone that came out on AT&T is the Backflip. I'm not sure how it's fairing but I'm a DROID owner all the way. My first smartphone and probably one of the most fruitful reward from any of my researched purchases.

I've heard Nexus One getting a bad wrap from being under T-Mobile due to lack of coverage and service. It's debuting at the end of this month with Verizon so hopefully as Google's (Android) flagship phone, it will get a better review.

At least where I live in the panhandle of Florida, Verizon Wireless reigns supreme, hands-down.

If not mentioned already, I think phonearena.com is a great cell phone reference website.
