Preaching to the wrong choir. Its the manufacturers of the cooler cores, hoses, fittings, etc. that charge an arm and a leg. I am guessing AE doesn't make anywhere near as much on these kits as you think. Now they could go with cheap parts, but with their reputation for quality, I wouldn't put my name on cheap parts either, especially when it comes to a component that can ruin your engine if it fails.
