They want to do a fuel service cleaning, don't think I am saying it right but they say that it is done about every 15000 miles. Is this true and should I get it done.
They also want to replace the passenger side cabin filter and do the flush but its expensive like 175... Is it worth it?

Word of the wise, any time they tell you why something is wrong. Get them to put it in writing. If they cant put it in writing then you know something is wrong. All the work they do and why, get them to put it in writing.
So if they say the gremlin in the engine is causing a problem. Get them to put it in writing. Just in case you have to go back to get it fixed a second time you can ask them what is the reason now? You just might get a new reason second time around and get that in writing also hehe.
