edit: If you're wondering about the submerging, they hose the car in a sealed room until the water level just starts to pass the base of the car.
Do they bother checking the 'little' things like making sure the windows roll down properly? Because I bought an S2000 back in 2002, and it came with a bum window motor. Needless to say, I'm not impressed with Honda's QC. Adding insult to injury, I had to find and print out a TSB on the issue before my dealer would agree to fix it. That's the last time I ever buy a Honda.
