Any way to tell if they loaded the correct software. The Nismo has different software.
If this is affecting your Nismo simply look in your owners manual on how to reset (it's very easy). Also, if people are playing around with the door switch at the dealership, while the door is open, this will start the incremental window creep down each time you successive close and open the doors.

Shame on the dealership for not knowing their product. (And people wonder why some dealers are not liked?)
