I HIGHLY recommend Autoglym Radiant Wax as a sealant/wax. It's a light polish but it also holds up very well against the elements.

A lot of the products used by the "wham bam thank you maam" detailers are filler type/and won't last very long. The quality of products used, and the amount of work put into it will usually reflect in the price (which it does not seem to).
