You dont need one!! You would simply plumb a front mounted oil cooler inline into either one of the 2 large lines going to the oil filter relocation.
So, just remove one of those 2 lines, and send it to a cooler, and the cooler output back where the line originally went.
so once again, no need for a sandwich!

Yeah but if you do it that way then the oil will be circulated through the oil cooler constantly and im most cases keeping the oil cooler then it should be. Most sandwich plates have a built in thermostat to redirect oil only when its temp gets above 180F.
