Hey guys, do you know if the lower aero lip is installed at the factory or at the dealership?

I just purchased my 09 SR Touring/Sport and when I got home I found my lip in the hatch, still in the plastic.

Now I have to drive 2 hours back to the same dealership to have it installed.
