Default Window Module Question

Not quite sure what section of the forums to put this in, but I guess this is the closest relation to my electrical tech question.

So, you know how when you open the door the window goes down about 1/2" or so. Then when you close it, it goes back up and seals. Mine does not go back up and seal. Every time I open the door, the window goes 1/2" lower, but does not go back up when I close the door. Basically I can roll my window down by opening the door a bunch of times lol.

This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time was after I removed and re-installed the factory battery to weigh it on the weight reduction thread. I took it to the dealership so they could fix it and all was good. Now, I just got done installing an aftermarket battery and the problem is back. Obviously it has something to do with disconnecting the battery, but now I am worried that since I have an aftermarket battery in the car, the dealership will charge me to fix it.

It took the dealership all of 10-15 min. to fix it the first time and they said they just reset the window module. Anybody know how to do this so I don't have to go to the dealership again?

Thanks in advance. Electronics are not my forte...
