That is kind of a hard test to perform without having a dyno inside of a wind tunnel...Being serious, not joking.

Realistically this will have a ram air type of effect while you're driving at speed so without question it will add power. However the only way to truly find out how much power, accurately, is to setup a wind tunnel that can increase wind speed as the simulated road speed increases. Other wise you aren't accurately gauging the "ram air" effect.
