what will this help give me in terms of performance?
Will it fit on both AT and MT engines?

If ordered, do you install these @ your dealership? Or does the install need to be done somewhere else? (I only ask because I am ordering my Z from your dealership, and if I can get these installed while I'm there, kill two birds with one stone ya know?
