If you really want leather seats I can always sell you my leather seats and they have heated seat warmers built in! and the are powered...

so look at it this way you pay $700 for covers that will sag or you pay $1400 and you get OEM quality, Seat warmers, power adjustment...

I would go OEM

also you can sell your stock seats and really only end up paying the 700 in the first place...
