Im just a terrible driver.

Can i drive and always shift at 6/7k rpm? (when im having fun, not 24/7, or just driving consistenly at this RPM, just speeding up quick.)

As some mentioned, Do not just start your car and start shifting at 6-7K. Drive for a while, bring the engine temp up, take outside weather into consideration, keep the car well maintained, watch the posted speed limit etc and if everything looks good, I don't see why you can't shift high.
