I know! I live in Orange County, NY. I got the tickets in Chester, NY next to the entrance of a mini golf place. The cop said he heard me getting off the exit ramp and then told me if I am going to fool around to stay on the highway because it's safer (but not legal). I wish I had a GoPro when he said that

Then When some one hit my 350z and ran they told me they dont chance after minor stuff. But they hit me so hard it bent the front fender into the wheel so I could not move.
