Last week I sent an email request in to Nissan USA asking for a replacement owner's manual and in the same email I asked for the build date and code.

Last week I sent an email request in to Nissan USA asking for a replacement owner's manual and in the same email I asked for the build date and code. I got an email response the next day saying that the manual would be delivered in the next few weeks and that the request for build date and code was sent to another department. The email said that I should hear something in 2-4 days about the date and code. Two days later, I received a call from Nissan with the date and the code. It couldn't have been any easier to do.
