Hey fellas,

I called the number listed all over the place here with ext. (1 800 647 7261 ext. 41462) and it doesnt get me to her... The CSR's that answer say that all their ext. have 6 digits and when I ask for her, I get transferred back n forth, never directly to her..

Does anyone have a solid # with ext. or email they can provide?

Call Staci at the following number. She helped me get info on a new Juke my Son recently bought. Oh and yes I was told same thing about Heidi's extension / the extensions.

Hey all, I was one of the first folks to call heidi last year (I bought my 40th May 15th) made the call in early June, and had the build#/date info by June 20th. As one of the first callers I was connected to Heidi at random. I explained the situation and that I and others were very interested in learning this information. I obtained permission from her to post her number here and I am sure she has long since lost her mind trying to get the info for us. That just means (and it looks like someone may have already done it) that someone has to explain it to the CSR that answers that Heidi can't be reached but we still need the info... Evenp that many of us already have it.
