Anyone get touch up paint for their 40th yet?

I got some from the dealer 3-4 months back...I think it was $8 or something like that. Took about 2 weeks for it to come in

Well for sure i have the wrong one, not even opening it.

Its just going to be annoying going back to the dealer and explaining my Z "is special" and has "special paint", well actually, that could be annoyingly fun

I got some a couple of weeks ago. It also was labeled "grey" or maybe it was "gray". The parts guy said that even though it wasn't labeled "quartz" it was the right colour. I haven't tried it yet, though.

I went back to Nissan today and expressed my concern how I've been waiting for my touch up paint since I bought my car in July. They said it will be here in 5 days free of charge... we shall see...

Wow that must be nice, I walked out of a store(and I always try my best to park away from people) and I caught some jackass with his door hitting mine -.-

But I got it out, it wasn't through the clear thankfully, but I would like to have a stick just in case ya know, if anyone finds a perfect match, or anywhere to find it..etc, will you pm me or leave a link please

Thanks,
Pompey

As long as it reads KAV somewhere in the color code it is the right color. There are different paint manufacturers out there that use different names and colors. The code is different because of their many batch orders, what matters is the KAV in the code. automotivetouchup.com has this along with other colors that are OEM. I have touched up many cars and even done full body paint with products from that website. it takes a while to get delivered becasue thy mix it upon ordering and that process takes about 2 to 3 days. At least i get peace of mind knowing it is fresh paint and not sitting for months on a shelf
