How many of these 40th are still on the road? Is there a data base to pull from that says like 13 were wrecked last year? anything like that?

Didnt notice you're from Utah, Found it in Nevada. Four hour drive to his city, meeting in Wendover tomorrow. Excited to finally see her in person, I've never actually seen a 40th in person, just the pics. Who did your tune? or did it come tuned? I read up on your thread. Got it out of Florida. Nice!

Sweet man! I bought mine last december with 15k miles.. flew to Tampa and drove straight home! You will absolutely love the 40th! First Z? Pretty sure we are the only two in the state. I live down by richfield but am up north all the time. Let me know if you want to get together. There is a pretty active fb z page as well. I just finished my etune yesterday. Found out I had uprev by testing one the cruise control, lucked out getting the license. A guy here on the forum tuned it...seymore4 and it's running great!

firulice 04-30-2015 11:03 PM

There is a pro uprev tuner in Layton too.

Awesome! I got a pretty incredible deal, I had a 09 touring sport in brilliant silver I bought and had shipped from a member a couple years back and sold it under unfortunate circumstances, it came tuned with berk HFC - planned to wait out on a Z35, Couldnt pass up a opportunity to own a 40th with less than 4k miles. Garage queen owned by a guy who never drove it. I'm not planning anything crazy, Exhaust, HFC and cold air and a tune down the road. I'm up in SLC and be great to meet a fellow 40th owner.

Traded in my accord coupe for number 997 yesterday with 48K miles a day after it was traded it in at the dealership where I work, i'm really enjoying the purchase. The car has Stillen short ram Intake, Spc front and rear camber arms, swift springs, Avante Garde M310 wheels and an Amuse front bumper installed, still don't know if the bumper is original or a rep, headlight also has l.e.d. angel eyes. Going to enjoy if for now and then look for an exhaust later on.l and my be complete the Amuse look.

MyZ4U2C 05-03-2015 03:22 PM

Congrats! Loving mine

IMHO, you also need to scratch off the ones that have been heavily modified like this!

#487 is still alive and well in TX.
