This info is based on the G37 but should be the same for the 370z.
If you have the non-sport brakes and want to upgrade to the sport brakes. You will need new lines because the non-sport lines do NOT connect to the calipers directly and has some different adapter piece. The sport brake lines connect to the sport calipers directly. This is from someone who actually tried it out.
