Yeah for sure. Way I see it... cities are doing pretty poorly financially, so why waste resources on finding someone they won't make any money off of, when they could be writing speeding tickets and seat belt violations... Seems like one of those cliche ideas, but from what I see, it sure seems true. The police have an are in front of my shop that is a haven for speeder (if you call 40 in a 30 that should be a 40 speeding...) and they will often send, and I $hit you not, 12-15 officers to the corner and write tickets ALL DAY. So why bother with my hit and run when they could do that?
