So if you’d have just asked, I’d tell you to take the breakover bar and tape it to the pass side bottom of the frame while installed on the crank bolt.

Then just hit the starter with the coil packs unplugged and it will spin the bolt right out. Takes five min.

Looks like the tone wheel has indeed slipped.
