Over the last 5 or so years, I’d get random inspiration to modify my 370. Unfortunately I’m in California, so the options in my price range were not legal, and I’ve never had the time to be dealing with getting caught with parts that improve an NA build. I’d eyeballed the Stillen supercharger kit more than a few times, and after searching up others experiences, decided to just forget about it. Last year, I found the vq37tt.com site, and was super interested, but I couldn’t really entertain the price tag. This year, I came into some money, and for some reason, the wife approved with very little concern. All she wanted to know is if this was some sort of mid-life crisis I was starting (I’m 41), which I thought was hilarious because she was serious.
Aaanyway, I pulled the trigger and have had the car back for 3 weeks, so I decided to do a bit on what the process was like, and show some dyno results. Sharing here in case anyone is interested. Not sure what the deal is with the yt player. I’m on my phone, and will fix it if it’s weird in the morning.
edit: on desktop now, and I don't see the video at all. weird. It's over at
