Loose or dirty obdii connection??

I have reached out to Ecutek directly and performed several diagnostic checks they have recommended to no avail. The issue continues and they don't have a clear path to solve it. Maybe it's just buggy? I have updated the app and my Ecutek software to the most recent updates.
Any ideas or similar experiences from the collective 370Z braintrust? Car runs great and no other issues just this annoyance..
