Sorry for the thread necro, but this might be helpful to others who go searching for help/info.
This last week I emailed Stillen and basically said 'These stickers look super suspicious, and it would be great if there was a more official looking one I could replace it with, so I don't get sent to state ref'. I got a response back confirming there is no imprint on the product, but there is an updated sticker it can be replaced with that looks more professional. They don't charge for the sticker, but happily charged me $15 to ship a sticker via usps weighing nothing within the same state ($15, wtf?). I said whatever, and paid it. It just got here and looks like this.
The process was to send an inquiry, then when requested send a picture of the full engine bay and VIN plate, then provide the shipping location. Then I got sent a link with everything pre-populated. I don't recall whether I provided my VIN when I originally purchased the intakes, and I don't know if they confirm whether I was the original purchaser through them some other way (I was). It's worth a shot if you're having trouble with smog shops or LEOs are giving you trouble for the paper sticker.
Only reason I asked Stillen is this year was my second time having to smog, and I'm pretty sure one of the guys would have denied me on visual if the guy who did it last time wasn't there 'cause he said it had to look like the one on the wall which was shiny and official looking.
