So I did run into one problem on the passenger side, trying to wrap my head around this one. I guess having a after market exhaust running H pipe style effects the lineup. Which doesn't make sense to me because it lined up perfectly with running OEM header and cat, then OEM headers with test pipes..

So taking a better look it's definitely a manufacturing issue because the flange is legit hitting the frame of the z. So I reached out to PLM but I don't think imma get anywhere with that one (bought them 2 years ago, got around to installing them today) anyways. Brained stormed for a good 2 days because this genuinely freaking bother me to the point I couldn't sleep lol. So what I did was grab a strap and heat up the pipe from the inside and rachet and massage it into place and I was able to get it, legit just finished it 20min ago.
